Expression of Interest: Provision of the I Belong Programme Cultural Orientation course, required for Long-Term Residence Permit as per Subsidiary Legislation 217.05 – Status of Long-Term Residents (Third Country Nationals) Regulations
The Human Rights Directorate (HRD) invites further and higher educational institutions recognised as self-accrediting or holding a valid licence issued by the Malta Further and Higher Education Authority (MFHEA) to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to deliver the I Belong Cultural Orientation course in accordance with the requirements of Subsidiary Legislation 217.05 – Status of Long-Term Residents (Third Country Nationals) Regulations, Clause 5(3)(a).
This EOI invites eligible educational institutions to:
Submit their interest in delivering the I Belong Cultural Orientation course.
Demonstrate relevant experience and institutional capacity.
Understand and comply with the EOI requirements.
Adhere strictly to the curriculum established by the HRD, as outlined in Annex I.
Deliver the I Belong Cultural Orientation course with a primary focus on intercultural education designed to support adult TCNs in their integration into Maltese society.
