The CharterXchange is a forum for legal practitioners and stakeholders to explore current and potential applications of the EU’s Charter of Fundamental Rights and its role in driving positive changes for people’s rights. It convenes annually in December: the 1st Annual EU CharterXchange was held in December 2023, and was organised by FRA In collaboration with the European Commission. The 2023 Charter report provides a fundamental rights perspective on access to justice for all through judicial and non-judicial remedies, by giving an overview of the relevant EU legislation and of the recent developments (2020-2023).
